We have experimented with a number of different rituals and these are the rituals that have continued over multiple years. They have provided the most benefit to create meaningful moments, help you restore, and connect with what truly matters.

🐺 Wolf Time

Intentions

Focus, Will, Contentment (focussed time to fill the creative well)

Questions

How am I doing? What am I feeling? What do I need?

Outcomes

Centred, Fulfilled (foundation to support and challenge others)

  • Alone
  • Somewhere personal

Cadence / Time

  • Weekly
  • 30 min (at minimum)

  • Pen, paper, instruments, camera, etc.

🐳 Blow Hole Session

Intentions

Provoke, Disrupt (To blow a hole through this whole groovy way of seeing the world)

Questions

What’s caught your attention? What’s new? What’s interesting?

Outcomes

Centred, Fulfilled (foundation to support and challenge others)

How / Where

  • Together
  • Online

Cadence / Time

  • Fortnightly
  • 30 min to 1 hour (ex: during a lunch together)

Artefacts

  • Whiteboard, Notes, etc.

🔥 Group / Community Time

Intentions

Topic-focussed dialogic discussion for breakthroughs and sense-making

Questions

So what do you know about …? (free format dialogue with open-ended agenda)

Outcomes

Breakthroughs, insights, connecting the dots, new discoveries, recordings

How / Where

  • In person
  • Somewhere comfortable

Cadence / Time

  • Monthly
  • A couple hours (ex: in the evening around a drink or after early dinner)

  • Quotes, Readings, Microphone and/or Camera for recording, etc.

Ripplty sessions

Intentions

Experiment, Play, Create (to jam together on a co-creative project)

Questions

What’s fun? What’s absurd? Want to give it a go together? What a coincidence?

Outcomes

Creative and sharable pieces of work or production

How / Where

  • In-person or Online
  • Somewhere you can create things (working space, workshops, etc.)

Cadence / Time

  • Monthly to Quarterly
  • A whole day (ex: usually at a weekend

  • Creative tools and technologies, props, computer, paper, pen, instruments, etc.

🏕 Relaxing the Boundary Retreats

Intentions

Transcend, integration with the whole

Questions

What are the clues? Why? What else is out there?

Outcomes

Reconnect with ourselves and the natural wonders of life

  • In nature
  • Somewhere secluded, aways from the busy cities

  • Seasonally
  • A full weekend
